A Look Back Into My Journey
I come with over 20 years of experience. I graduated from the School of Makeup Art in 2000. I then went on to work for companies such as Lise Water, Hard Candy, Urban Decay, and Makeup Forever. In 2005, I started to work for M.A.C., where I stayed as an artist for 10 years. After having baby number 4, I decided that I was going to focus on being a freelance makeup artist.
Honing My Skills Since Childhood
Growing up, I was always interested in art and drawing. I loved playing with makeup and seeing what I could create with makeup. I wanted to do special effects makeup but ended up falling involved with the beauty side of makeup. I loved helping and teaching people how to feel comfortable in their own skin. Showing a teenager how to apply eyeliner and proper skincare to teaching a more mature lady to learn to wear eyeshadow again because they can't apply it like they could when they were in their 20s. I love to see that sparkle that they get in their eyes.
